Densford Civil completed the extensive substructure and complete superstructure repairs of the bridge over the South Avon River on the Brookton Highway. Demolition and replacement of the concrete decks as well as modification to the river banks and abutments incorporated extensive environmental consideration and management due to the works being carried out within an active watercourse.
