Densford Civil were awarded the early stages of land development works for the Glen Iris Estate. Upon arriving to the site the crew would be amiss to think this was the location of the next staff event as the site sits on an old golf course. Works have involved; clearing, earthworks, major underground works, street lighting installation, roadworks (including roundabout construction), install of limestone retaining walls, footpaths, kerbing, and more. Due to the success of the first stages, Densford Civil continues to be awarded future stages.
