Densford is delivering civil works across multiple stages of the Kingsford Estate development in Bullsbrook, one of Perth’s fastest growing residential communities. Starting with Stage 3, Densford has successfully completed Stages 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 14, and the Kingsford Town Centre, with current works underway on further stages and the Great Northern Highway Roundabout. Scope of works includes clearing and earthworks, service location, installation of underground services, drainage basin construction, pavement works, roadworks, recycled earth retaining walls, footpaths, street lighting, traffic management, and major infrastructure connections.
