Densford is engaged in the preparation of subdivided land for the development of the new Kingsford Town Centre in Bullsbrook. The new Town Centre will bring new shopping, socialising, employment, and business opportunities to this very fast-growing residential community. Initially contracted to deliver stage 3, Densford provided value adding initiatives including early stage problem solving which proved imperative to the success of the project. As a result the client awarded Densford further stages of the project. Scope of works included; clearing and earthworks, clay grading, service locations, install of underground services, construction of large drainage basins, pavement works, creating a new crossing, footpaths, install of street lights, and recycled earth retaining walls.
