Densford Civil were excited to be awarded three contracts for this project, paving the way for some truly impactful developments. Stage 1 – November 2021 to May 2022; Stage 1B, 2A & 2B – April 2022 to September 2023; Stage 1C & 3 Deep Sewer – November 2023 to September 2024.
Scope of works included; earthworks, service location, extensive limestone retaining walls, installation of underground services, dewatering and deep sewer, pavement and carpark construction, footpaths, and street lighting install. The team completed the works to a high standard, proving their exceptional capabilities. As a result, Densford Civil were awarded additional contracts.
