Densford was awarded three contracts for this project; Stage 1 – $1.8 – November 2021 to May 2022; Stage 1B, 2A & 2B – $3.6 – April 2022 to September 2023; Stage 1C & 3 Deep Sewer – $3.6 – November 2023 to Current.
Scope of works included earthworks, service location, extensive limestone retaining walls, installation of underground services, dewatering and deep sewer, pavement and carpark construction, footpaths, and street lighting installation.
