The team were excited to work on their first island development, and it did not disappoint. Densford completed all facets of the development transforming the island from a blank canvas to a fully finished estate including all aspects of civil and landscaping, bridge works and breakwater construction. Having worked on the Port Coogee estate for many years Densford brought considerable knowledge and experience to the project proving valuable for the developer Megara. The works were completed on time and to budget, this and the stunning results pictured showcase the success of the project.
