Surrounded by ocean views the crew were not disappointed to be staying on at Port Coogee for a 35 Lot subdivision, subdividing land for Lot 346. Densford Civil completed the majority of the scope in house using our own structures, drainage, electrical and pavement divisions. Along with the typical subdivision works the project required limestone retaining walls and entry statements which proved difficult at the height of winter. The crew worked out of normal working hours to keep the contract on schedule, avoiding the wet weather and ensuring the best results. Works were completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
