Set against stunning ocean views, Port Coogee is a dynamic site with Port Coogee Marina at its heart. Densford Civil led Stage 3 with a 35 lot subdivision, utilising their in-house expertise in structures, drainage, electrical, and pavement, while adding limestone retaining walls and entry statements. Similar works completed across stages 4 to 6. In Stage 7, the team constructed a new Plaza with high-spec features overlooking the marina. Stages 8-9 focused on preparing 17 residential lots for the Port Coogee development. Surrounded by boat pens, apartment buildings, and a lively local scene, the area required meticulous management of dust, noise, and vibrations. This was essential to maintain its high standards. Densford Civil continues to be awarded stages at Port Coogee.
