Densford Civil completed the preparation of over 13 hectares of industrial/commercial subdivided land for the flagship project, Roe Highway Logistics Park Development. The package also involved realigning the existing roadways and upgrading pavements to new loading conditions. Scope of works included; clearing, demolition, bulk earthworks, service locations, underground installation, pavement construction, asphalt, footpaths, and installation of street lights. Positive collaboration with the Hesperia and Cossill & Webley team has led Densford Civil to partner again for Stage 5 of the project.
