Unknown obstructions were encountered on the Waterbank Project within the Swan River Precinct. Densford Civil were engaged to solve the problem, including treatment and management of acid sulphate soil, construction of limestone treatment pads and dewatering ponds. The original contract doubled in size, these were programme critical for the Client. Densford delivered the works to the programme and worked closely with the Client team to ensure a positive result was achieved by all.
