We currently have an opportunity for a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our skilled boutique team based in Osborne Park. Working on a late model fleet you will be tasked with maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a diverse range of civil construction plant and equipment.
The role:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of Plant and Equipment owned by Densford Civil.
Essential:
- Mechanical trade qualification
- At least 5 years post grad experience working for a civil construction company
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Be competent in performing mechanical diagnosis, repairs, and service of equipment in both the workshop and on site
- Ability to read and interpret plant and maintenance manuals and schematics
- Pass all medicals
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Commitment to health and safety standard
- Permanent work rights in Australia
Desired:
- Valid Heavy Rigid Driver’s License
- Experience working on brands including Case, Volvo, John Deere, Bergman, CAT, Hydrema, and JCB
