We were very excited to be awarded Phase 1 of this project as it directly impacts the community local to our head office. This project extends Stephenson Avenue from Scarborough Beach Road to Cedric Street. Our works, Phase 1 specifically included approximately 750m long two-lane (in each direction) sealed distributer road and two cross streets linking the new Stephenson Avenue to Ellen Stirling Boulevard. This involved; Large Scale site remediation, bulk earthworks, management and treatment of acid sulphate soils, dewatering, storm water drainage, construction of x2 precast Culvert Bridges including insitu concrete works, pavement construction, pedestrian and cycle paths, and landscaping. We’re so proud to have completed Phase 1 of this project that will see so many benefits to our local community including better access for road users, pedestrians, and cyclists. Throughout the project we worked heavily with the client and key stakeholders to insure the City’s vision came to life. Works were produced to an award winning high standard, meeting the City of Stirling’s expectation.
