Looking to the south, Densford Civil completed land preparation for a school site and housing subdivision at Sunrise Estate in Wellard. The team tackled everything from earthworks, sewer and stormwater systems, dewatering, to roadworks, paving, retaining walls, and underground power installation. There were some tough hurdles, such as dealing with deep sewer dewatering, high groundwater, and material delays. However, the team kept things moving smoothly and on track. Densford Civil also suggested the construction of an access road to enhance efficiency which provided both cost and time savings. Overall the team produced high quality work whilst also adding value to the project. Densford Civil have since been awarded further stages of the development.
