  • Client: Main Roads WA
  • Timeframe-For-Completion: 4 Months
  • Contract Value: $2 Million

The Densford bridge crew travelled to the remote location of Mingenew to complete the reconstruction of the Mingenew Bridge over Irwin River. The works included the removal of existing concrete transverse joints, approach beams and timber guardrail. Subsequently they installed pier blocks, approach beams, and an on and off bridge guardrail. Additionally, the team reconstructed the embankment and shoulder. The works were maintained on time with little impact to farmers which was imperative during harvest season. All in all a successful project, improving the safety of the bridge for public use.
