Densford Civil was awarded the contract for the preparation of subdivided land in Two Rocks, located adjacent to the Two Rocks Marina. The scope of works involved; earthworks, clearing, ACM removal, installation of underground services, sewer pressure main realignment, removal of redundant services and infrastructure, retaining walls, roadworks, footpaths, balustrading, and installation of street lights. The site was historically the Atlantis Theme Park which isn’t all fun and games. This is because of the substantial amount of unknown buried services that needed to be located and removed. Densford have great relationships with the relevant stakeholders which has been imperative for the success of the project.
